Service Description

The name 'Prime Time' has two meanings 1. Getting you in Prime condition for the weekend 2. Priming sessions are utilised in sport close to competition to positively influence an athlete's performance. We know lots of you have been events over the weekend whether that is a competition, match day or long run. This class aims to get your body prepared to take on whatever the weekend has in store so you're feeling fresh and ready to go! It will look at getting your muscles moving quickly and at a high intensity as well as improving your mobility, ensuring to implement lots of recovery to reduce muscular fatigue.
